Midtown large studio Space with window view second floor Open space with huge windows for artists, photo and video shoots, reversals, classes, freelancers, popup shops, private parties, baby showers, bridal showers, yoga and more Amenities: Free WiFi, Sound System, Speakers included (no extra charge) Free Chairs Free Tables Mirrored wall Piano Private Bathroom Air conditioned Professional Projector available at the rate of $50.00/ event up to 5 hours. Backdrops for photo shoots, colors available ( white, black, pink, grey, blue) Minutes walking from Penn station and Port Authority. CLEANING and FEES: All events, require either a fee of $125.00 for us to do the cleaning OR a $200.00 RCD (Refundable Cleaning Deposit) prior to the start of the event. This will ensure the space is left in good condition and cleaned after the event has ended. This $200 RCD will be refunded to you within 24hrs of the end of the event. IMPORTANT: Cleaning: general sweeping , moping and cleaning, disposing of trash bags. if food and drinks, decorations are left behind, spills of food and drinks on the floor or walls, there will be a minimum extra charge of $250.00, this does not include damaged items. To add the cleaning fees to your booking, you will find the option in ADD ON. Please note, this fee is for general purpose cleaning. Guest to provide their own table covers. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Hanna was so helpful - before and during the event. The space is so nice and versatile! I highly recommend booking this space. Hanna is very good at responding back fast, which I really appreciated! Just a few blocks away from Penn station, port authority, and Times Square. Will be booking again in the future!

We loved this space !!!! The venue was an ideal space for my friends 50th birthday party! The on-site management was exceptionally responsive, diligent, and accommodating. Communication was consistent and efficient the manager went above and beyond to proactively ensure all our needs were met. We intend to use this venue for future events! Thanks again Hanna!
