CLEANING and FEES: All events, require either a fee of $125.00 for us to do the cleaning or a $200.00 RCD (Refundable Cleaning Deposit) prior to the start of the event. This will ensure the space is left in good condition and cleaned after the event has ended. This $200 RCD will be refunded to you within 24hrs of the end of the event. IMPORTANT: Cleaning: general sweeping , moping and cleaning, disposing of trash bags. if food and drinks, decorations are left behind, spills of food and drinks on the floor or walls, there will be a minimum extra charge of $250.00, this does not include damaged items.
