All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Beautiful and traditional Spanish hacienda style home with over 3,800 square feet of living space set on .75 acres of mature lush and tropical landscaping. The interior of the home features natural stone floors throughout, 4 bedrooms, a great room with wood ceiling, huge dining room with wood beams, and a piano room. The exterior features a variety of mature palm trees and fruit trees, swimming pool, waterslide and spa. It is located in south Carlsbad on the border of Olivenhain. We have seating for 14 in the dining room, 5 in the kitchen and 14 on the patio but you are always welcome to bring additional seating if needed.

We are in a quite residential neighborhood with plenty of street parking. We also can fit 6 cars in the driveway.

Ambient noise description

We are on a corner in a quiet neighborhood. Our street is not busy at all. Home is on 3/4th of an acre so we have a ton of space between us and our neighbors.

Equipment loading description

Cars can park in the driveway and equipment can come through our garage or you can park on the street and come through the main front doors. The main front doors are double doors so they can be opened to have a 6 foot opening.

Staging area is available

Any bedroom and bathroom can be used for MUA & wardrobe. The master bedroom and/or master bathroom are what most productions us. Some have also used the dining room for staging.

All rooms are available for shooting

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

There are many power outlets is each room with 110V. The fuse box is outside. There is a 220V 40 amp in the garage.
