About the Space

For COVID safety, filming is for outdoor areas only. Charming and Sophisticated in the hills of Tarzana, perfect for a photo shoot or small film production. Brick walkways and a serene setting welcome you to this lovely spacious home with four bedrooms and three baths. Living room with fireplace overlooks the lushly landscaped outdoors (mature palm trees, hillside ivy and pine trees) with custom patio, built in BBQ, swimmer's pool and separate spa with a flowing rock waterfall. Outside also features an enclosed sports court with basketball and tennis. A warm and spacious entertainment room is complimented with pool table, a fireplace with wood mantel and marble hearth, crown moldings and baseboards, wet bar, wood flooring and French doors opening to the rear patio area. (Rate based on maximum 10 people. Additional people start at $10 per person per hour. Interior crew/talent bathroom and make-up room included.) Sunlight from early morning till late day.

This is a non smoking house! Also, no pets sorry. No overnight stays. Host will be on site at all times in his office. For more than 10 people on site please contact host. The pool can be heated for an additional $80 (it takes 25 hours to heat). The jacuzzi can be on for an extra $20 per hour (it takes 5 hours to heat). No dolly tracks unless Ram Board is laid down If you're loading in & out heavy production equipment, please bring protection to cover our tiles & hardwood floors. - All rentals include setup and teardown time. - Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request - Trash should be placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest Rental time ends when the last person in your group walks out of the studio. Please keep this in mind when planning your shoot. If you will need extra time to set up or break down, factor this in to your time. Any time spent over the agreement period will result in over time charges (time and a half, half hour will be prorated) PARKING: Plenty of driveway parking for loading in and out. Plenty of street parking as well for crew and talent.
