Beautiful, updated, downtown studio space within walking distance of the Capitol, local shops, historic sites and many hotels. Seats 40-50 people without tables. Perfect for: Yoga classes Meetings Makeup artists Small workshops Small parties and events (baby and bridal showers, birthday parties, concerts) Videographers Book clubs Poetry Readings Art Gallery Openings Pop-Up Shops Trunk Shows Catered dinners Fundraisers Space offers one large room with minimal furniture, dressing room and restroom. Comfortable office chairs and two folding tables are available for your use. Plenty of outlets. Additional amenities can be added on: Projector with projection screen: $50 per day Cloth and paper Backdrops: $25 per day Photo booth services: $150 per hour Simple PA system and microphone: $50 per day
