**Creative Use Only | No Parties** Amazing window light in this location with light filtering shades that can roll down for privacy. The table and chairs (8) can be moved out (if desired). Easy street parking on Southport and Wrightwood. Space is at street level. Close to the Fullerton L. Space has bathroom with shower and open kitchen. Great place for an independent business owner wanting to hold a small group class. Our main area can be transformed to accommodate your next workshop or creative event.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Kelly is very nice and helpful. Space is gorgeous, everyone loved it. I would definitely book this space again for a small group class.

Lovely space & the host is very easy to work with. The space is shared and keeping the volume down to avoid disturbing those who work in the space proved to be a bit difficult. The host did warn of this prior to booking however, it's difficult to tell your paying guests to keep the volume down. Overall, a lovely experience and I would book again if the space was not being used.

The space was absolutely gorgeous! A perfect space for meetings. The amenities were perfect and the space is extremely clean, friendly, and beautiful. 10/10 would definitely book again! Kelly was super quick to book with and the space is incredible.
