- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Ryan is beyond exceptional!! I would rent his space over and over again! Not only is the Space comfortable and provided exactly what I needed but Ryan as the host goes above and beyond to make your event/function a success. He is responsive and very open to provide any resources you may need. I am grateful to him and his hospitality which helped put my stress levels at ease. My function was a huge success and I can’t wait to do it again and use Ryan’s space to get the job done!! Thank you Ryan!!!!!!

This is definitely a special space I had the opportunity to experience something great here with the people I hold dear to my heart. Ryan made us all feel welcome and vulnerable this was my first ever event like this. I plan to do more in this space in the very near future.

Very nice space. Owner didn’t really like the crowd in the space due to people bringing drinks inside after they were told not to and smoking vapes inside. He’s very particular about his space. This space is better for a crowd that’s not expecting to serve drinks, food or any substance that might interfere with the cleanliness and order of the photography studio. It’s a photography studio, not suitable for events with over 20ppl (who like to drink liquids, smoke or eat inside).

I love Ryan and I'm obsessed with this space! It has such a warm feel and I felt very comfortable. I was shooting a bunch of video content and the set up of this space made each piece of content feel like it was being shot some place completely different. I'm definitely booking this place again when in town! xx

Great space and great energy from the host. Everything was perfectly cleaned and sanitized and the host exercised the appropriate COVID-19 protocols. The host was flexible and willing to work with the team to accomplish the shoot in its entirety. I will definitely recommend this space and I look forward to working with Ryan again in the near future.
