About the Space

Good for film/video/photo shoots. and practical events. Lots of clear open space. Build out sets, drape or enjoy our raw rough industrial interior. We are open to discussions that include permanent change to our venue. Special features: + Doraville MARTA across the street - straight shot downtown or airport + Walk-in vault with interior cage [optional] + Covered 1000 sqft loading dock + Same block as friendly City Hall, Police Station, etc + Parking for 44 plus plenty of overflow parking + Drive through corner: New Peachtree Rd / Park Ave + Lunch/Catering galore - famous BuHi foodie paradise

Lighting description

There is direct sunlight through tall west-facing windows in late afternoon and evening. And bright diffused light at other times including a classic strip of high casement windows. All windows have heavy blackout curtains and/or movers blankets available to deaden light and sound.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

Street noise is modest, and there are no significant internal noises except those that are easily turned off. We have no residential neighbors who would be disturbed by your lights, sounds or activity,

Equipment loading description

There is a drive-up / drive-through 1000 sqft loading dock. It is fully covered and offers double-door access to the interior.

Staging area is available

We have a 12x20 foot 'green' room with mirrors, chairs and tables and direct access to a two-sink 3-stall bathroom. Fair warning: It is really blue.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

Private office and storage room.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

440 amp 3 phase Many circuits and outlets inside and on loading dock. Circuit breaker panels are easily accessed - as are the HVAC controls

General Rules

No alcohol on premises. No drugs, no functional weapons. No unaccompanied minors. Smoke only outside. Do pyrotechnics somewhere else.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Free: There are 12 flexible desks , 20+ chairs and 8 movable partitions that are easily configured for your set or removed to storage room. Rental: There are a variety of props (monitors, phones, paperwork, coffee cups, etc) available to dress the desktops at a flat fee of $30/desk.

Smoke machines are allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Outdoor Loading Dock/ Entrance Door (usually on) Some flexible interior cameras but these are off unless requesed. No cameras in bathrooms or Green Room.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Doors and some windows can be opened for fresh outdoor air.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable gloves

The space has the following features:
