About the Space
My property sits on a 14,000 sq ft lot with plenty of trees which once in the property iit gives you a feeling of been at an hacienda or vacation resort and lots of space outside as well as Inside .. two of the bedrooms upstairs have a very welcoming balcony and we have a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 baths ..one of the smaller bedrooms can be used as a.hair and make up room ...also we have a library room ..a swimming pool with a bbq area good enough for catering and crew eating area ...and you can fit as many as 10 cars in the driveway..outside and inside the house we could have 100 guests or more standing even more ... we are easy to get to .. we are by where the 5 and the 605 meet, 5 minute drive from the citadel shopping center .. 15 minute drive from downtown LA and 15 minute drive from Disneyland..the space is great for filming movies or commercials or interviews

Rules
No smoking or drinking inside the house .. smoking is ok outside, no cooking inside the house and no big trucks to be parked inside the property and would prefer for floors to be covered through shooting scenes

We couldn’t have asked for a better host! Pat and her husband Jim went above and beyond to make our shoot the best possible! Absolutely beautiful property and even more beautiful people. Only a 30 min drive from L.A. too! Thanks again for everything guys!!
