About the Space
Film and still shoot location on Malibou Lake in Santa Monica Mountains. Conveniently located within Los Angeles Studio Zone, just minutes from Agoura (101 Freeway) and Malibu (PCH-Highway 1). Beautiful circa 1940 lakeside home with historic look and adjacent dock structure to match. Home exterior is shingle-sided with metal corrugated roof that provides a rustic, Cape Cod, New England or mountain cabin look. Large decks and views to the lake from every interior and exterior area. Heavily wooded area with natural landscaping. 300+ square foot stunning dock structure on lake with amazing views of lake, mountains and incredible sunsets. Parking for up 3 standard-sized cars (includes 2 in enclosed garage) plus one large car or small truck on-site. Or, enclosed garage can be used for wardrobe/makeup area, leaving area for one standard-size car plus one large car/small truck on-site. Large parking and staging area is available 1 minute away at an additional daily cost. 18 ft electric boat, as shown in photos, is available for an additional cost for shoots. Boat has recently been refurbished to navy blue with grey trim.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
