About the Space
When booking the studio space, you have access to our 3,500 square foot location. This includes a bathroom on each floor, a kitchenette, lounge area, full makeup and hair room with AC, high-speed wifi, and Bose speaker system. Free street parking and loading area directly in front of the entrance. Smoking area right outside. Restaurant & bar around the corner. Full equipment list available upon request. -------------------- PLEASE NOTE: Video productions to be held at partner studio Video is $125/hour - not $75. Cyc is mopped and cleaned before each shoot - fresh paint is $75 Please contact for number of guests to be involved
