About Kimball Studio
When professional actors aren’t using our 2500 square foot penthouse loft to practice their craft, we will happily rent it to you. We’re located in the prestigious lower 5th Avenue smack in the middle of the West Village/Union Square neighborhood, with The New School and NYU as close neighbors. The studio is stunning, versatile, and loaded with creative amenities. We’ve rented it to corporations such as L’Oreal and H&M for executive training & offsite brainstorming, The American Academy of Art in preparation for Fashion Week, international soccer player Pelé's 70th birthday press event, and Lowes even once built a house inside our loft! We’ve also hosted cool seminars, screenings, read-thrus, photo/video shoots, focus groups, launches and fundraisers. This loft is loaded with amenities for ourselves that you are welcome to use: WIFI, IPHONE CONNECT STEREO, STAGE, STAGE & TRACK LIGHTING SEATING (for 75), TABLES, CHAIRS, TVS, PROJECTOR, MOVIE SCREEN, 2 COUCHES, C-STANDS, & ICE BUCKETS. Yep, we even have EASELS for your flip pads.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
