Beautiful 2500 sq foot physical therapy clinic equipped with gym equipment, therapy mat tables, waiting area and individual offices. -22x10 foot mirror -hardwood floors -gym equipment: 3 treadmills/ bikes/ linear steppers/ cross trainer/ total gym/ weights/total gym/mat tables/desks/computers -2 restrooms -refrigerator/break room Our previous clients who have filmed here say its perfect with open spaces and plenty of natural light. This space is centrally located with plenty of free parking Location: across from Grossmont Center in La Mesa, CA (East County San Diego) Many options on days and times you need. $100/hour with a 3 hour minimum

  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

This space is great! We were able to use it to shoot as three different locations all on one day. Perfect for production needs and keeping everything contained. The staff are very helpful and flexible with adapting the space, so I will definitely be back to book again.
