This private party room could be used for many different gatherings. The room is fully enclosed with window walls and features a formal dining table, 2 high top tables and bar top seating. Parties, meetings, dinners and more are perfect for this space. The outdoor space pictured is an open air covered courtyard. This space is NOT included in the rental of the party room. This area can be used for mingling but is not exclusive use. The space features: 55 inch TV seating for 21 guests Formal dining table and chairs for 8 guests Kitchen includes - Apartment sized refrigerator/freezer, sink with disposal, large island and bar stools (No stove or oven) Coffered Ceilings and accent lighting Direct access through main lobby Fully private space with private bathroom Easy Parking for all your party guests This space can comfortably hold up to 45 guests for mixer events if not everyone needs to be seated at the same time. We do recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Courtney was a pleasure to work with. She was responsive and accommodating. The facility is impressive visually. The staff in the leasing office was pleasant and helpful. My only complaint was that the plumbing in the restroom and in the kitchenette were backed up. We noticed the bathroom before the staff had gone home for the day and they fixed it. We didn't notice the sink until after they left so we couldn't use the garbage disposal.
