About the Space
This beautifully designed roof top lounge is perfect for any social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. A gas BBQ's and mini fridges make catering very easy. Your guests will enjoy views of Catalina Island and the Ocean, this space is sure to impress. The space features: 2 - Mounted 42 inch TV's above BBQ area Casual seating including lounge chairs, high top stools and comfortable deck seating Pool Table Fire Pit Kitchen includes - mini refrigerator, 2 BBQ stations, large island and bar stools Views of the Ocean and Catalina Island Fully private space This space can comfortably hold up to 40 guests with a max occupancy of 48 for mixer events if not everyone needs to be seated at the same time. We do recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. Please NOTE: Parking is very limited on site. We recommend using car shares or arranging for parking off site for this location. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. The space was very nice and spacious and clean but I will never book again. This was my first experience booking thru Peerspace. Booking was easy and I was able to stop by to do a walk thru before I booked. Communication was not the best. Once I reserved the space, I was communicating thru text with what seems like an automated system. I would get an auto reply and then someone would text me back. I reserved the space for 4 hours but my access to the space and amenities were deactivated after 2 hours. My guests were left w no access to the restroom or to get back in to the party as the gate codes were now deactivated too. Called all the numbers I was given for emergencies and could not get anyone on the phone to come and help. Texted the same number that I have been using but all of a sudden no one was responding. I wasn't even getting the auto replies anymore either. Texted the host the next day demanding compensation since we only had full use of the space for half the time. Still waiting to hear back. Do not book unless you want to be locked out of your own party with no direct person to communicate with.

I have requested a 50% refund and am currently waiting for a confirmation. I was provided with incorrect access codes which prevented me from getting on site for nearly 2 hours after the agreed upon time. I was told there would be a team on site to help/answer questions: not the case - the office was empty and no one answered the phones. I was told umbrellas would be provided as they were seen in photographs: not provided. Because no one was on-site, I could not use 2/3 tvs and the majority of the lights in the kitchen area didn’t work. The pool table didn’t have a rack. Overall, the host was unresponsive. Peerspace WAS responsive but unable to help because literally no one at the property could be reached. I used the space for my husband’s milestone birthday and it was nearly ruined. I might try Peerspace again but will never book any properties managed by this particular host/owner.

I had a poor experience because one hour before a major party we found out the barbecues didn’t work, there was tape all over the floor, and no parking. For weeks we had a private chef booked and the host knew about detail . It was Very stressful and we got taken advantage of. However, we turned lemons into lemonade and the party was great. The host should of refunded the money for not having the space ready and prepared for the event.

Very nice space was awesome for our get together only downside is the parking is offsite but nearby. Not a big problem. The communication was quick and easy and I would recommend them highly.

This is the most beautiful venue and so many of our friends loved it! It is a hidden gem that is no longer hidden. Our party had about 45 people and they all fit perfectly. Courtney Z. was such a great help and communication with her was stellar. Thank you Courtney and everyone from Peerspace for making this a very successful event. I will absolutely rent this space (or any other space they rent out) again.
