Property has a big driveway and there is lots of setback street parking outfront. Property is 1912 sqft and lot size is 8658 sqft. no glass/ware by the pool area no smoking no alcohol no drugs no cooking no walking through the house wet (floors are very slippery when wet, don't want anybody to get hurt) no adult filming bathroom use for up to 15 people only no opening drawers no using any of my tools without asking
