**Please keep in mind that messages and requests are only answered during business hours (8:30 am to 5:00 pm PST)** Our private day offices are set up with an executive style desk and two guest chairs and can accommodate up to three people. Equipped with dependable, high-speed Wi-Fi, our day offices are the perfect place to work quietly for the day or to take any video calls without interruption. Additionally, our day offices also work well for any interviews, headshots, or two-person meetings. Included with your booking is access to our vibrant community cafés, where you can grab complimentary gourmet coffee, tea, or water. We pride ourselves on our industry-best hospitality so allow us to provide you with the perfect space to meet – for any occasion. Our professional staff is ready to help with any preparations for your event and will be on-site in case of any last-minute requests or needed assistance during your booking. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
