About the Space

The Building offers: * Classic "Anywhere USA"style 4 unit gated building. * 2 units are available to shoot interior. 2nd floor units. * Back parking lot available at $50 per spot / 2 parking spots are free for production. * The building is adjacent to Chevy Chase Parking lot gymnasium & park. * The neighborhood is a fill friendly block with vintage "Anywhere USA" neighborhood "mom & pop" stores. * Neighborhood Catholic church parking negotiable to buy crew parking/trailers & catering area 300ft away. • Building rate is negotiable depending crew size & extended days, etc.~
