Rules

No food or drinks on or near the arcades. We ask that you set up your food and drink tables outside in the attached alley/patio area. Due to the size of our venue, we cannot accommodate professional bar tending set ups. However, a small refrigerator is available for our use during the event for you to set up self-serve drinks. We just ask that you take any remaining contents with you after the event has concluded. Arcade machines and furniture are not to be moved. If you would like to setup additional seating, you can do so in the attached alley/patio. Game Over can provide two tables for the venue. If you need additional tables or seating, you are welcomed to bring in additional items, so long as they are removed at the end of the event. Game Over will not be responsible for damage or loss to any personal equipment or items on the venue brought by you to the venue. All personal items and equipment brought by your or your guests to the venue must be promptly removed at the conclusion of the event. Game Over will not store any items overnight. Due to the size of our venue, the maximum occupancy during the event is 30 people. This includes yourself, guests and any event staff that you have hired. Game over will strictly adhere to the guest list provided by you. Guest list must be provided no later than three business days prior to your event. Therefore, on the day of the event, if your guest is not on the list, they will not be allowed inside. Further, changes to the list will not be allowed on the day of the event. Due to the close proximity of our residential neighbors, all events must promptly conclude at 10pm. This means, music must be shut off and you must begin to remove all personal items from the venue. Game Over reserves the right to ask any guest during the event to leave for any reason.
