Street parking in a dense residential area, typically available for those who are patient enough to find it. A couple of pay lots are open on Academy (one between Summit and Tuers, one between Summit and Baldwin) with irregular hours.

Booked hours must include load in/set up and break down/load out. Please book hours accordingly. No smoking. Noise must be kept to a reasonable volume during work hours and to a minimum both inside and outside during the building's quiet hours (weekdays from 10pm-8am and weekends from 11pm-9am). Leave the space neat and broom-clean after each use. Items left behind will be at owner’s risk and may be discarded. All faucets, lights, thermostat, and electronics must be turned off at the end of each session, and all items must be returned to where they were found and in good working order. The space may not be altered without the prior written approval. Odorous trash may not be left inside - take it with you or deposit in the building trash cans adjacent to the gallery.We recycle! Please use the green can for recyclables and the black wastebasket for trash. We host rotating visual art shows. All artwork shall remain undisturbed; clients will be charged for the full listed value of any artwork damaged during their rental period. Sales, including sale of merchandise and tickets, and solicitation of donations are permitted only with prior approval. Food and beverages may be enjoyed during private events. During public events, organizers may serve food and beverages in accordance with their own permits and licenses. The gallery comes as is, and we cannot guarantee removal of furniture or other items. Please speak with us to ensure that our space will meet your needs. All rentals require a fully refundable $200 security deposit, payable by cash or check, held in case of damages to the facility, art, or other property. The security deposit must be submitted prior to your rental period.
