This beautiful open concept kitchen is perfect for food photography, product promotion, commercial shoots, food bloggers, and creative film. This space is filled with tons natural light along with plenty of space for lighting equipment. It is also equipped with professional grade kitchen appliances such as a wolf range, double convection oven, and large marble island. And is complete with city views of the Blue Line El. The space is housed within a newly renovated, boutique Bed and Breakfast located in Wicker Park. There is a loading zone in front of the building to for easy equipment loading in/out. Plus, we have staff on-hand to assist with greeting guests. Please budget time accordingly and provide advance notice if you believe you need extra time. Early arrival/late departure will be billed in 30-minute increments to 1.5x the contracted hourly rate. This was really such a special treat (and find) for us! Laura was just incredible in terms of communication and accommodation. Teresa greeted us so warmly and was just wonderful to ensure that we were set up. Cody was amazing - really helped us out in a tremendous way. Overall I can’t think of another place I would have had our farewell gathering. The space itself was just perfect and LOVED how turn key it was. Overall, great experience! Contacts were very quick to respond and help, and the space was adorable. We were even able to stop by a few days early to see it in person, which was very helpful. Only thing to note - We had the space booked at 10am. We were notified at our early visit that their breakfast goes until 10am, so staff would be in the space cleaning at that time to turn around for us to use. Staff was cleaning and other guests were coming and going in the space until 10:30. We were still able to start setting up, but would have been nice for them to end breakfast early or not let us book until 10:30 since that’s when we truly got the space.

Wonderful venue for our wedding shower event. The room was bright, cheerful and had everything you would need to host an event. The Wicker Park Inn is full of charm, the employees are super helpful and friendly and I am definitely going to recommend it to everyone

Laura and the venue were perfect for my bridal shower! Laura was extremely responsive and helped answer all my moms questions as she was planning it from out of state.
