About the house: Originally one of the first homes on the street, it was moved to the back of the lot in 1925 and two smaller homes were built in front. Now nestled behind these two homes, this hidden gem provides a charming and relaxing space off the street in the middle of beautiful greenery. HOUSE RULES Please leave the house in the same condition you found it. ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED anywhere on the premises: NO Parties NO Smoking/drugs/vaping including marijuana NO Candles, fireworks, sparklers, fire of any kind NO Deliveries (apart from food deliveries) NO smoke machines NO nudity DECOR & DISPLAYS PRIOR to any moving of furniture or items, please take photos so you can return things to their proper place. Please do not slide furniture across the floor. NOISE We have a strict enforcement for the noise ordinance of 9:00pm for outside music and excessive noise, i.e, singing, shouting, music, etc, anything to disrupt neighbors. We have a fine of $1000 for noise complaints during the quiet hours of 9:00pm - 7:00am. GUESTS We have a strict policy of only having those guests that are in the booking allowed on the property. CONDUCT There is absolutely no drug use or smoking of any kind tolerated on-premises. SECURITY CAMERAS We have two outdoor security cameras on the premises at all times. The cameras may not be covered or turned off at any time. This is used for insurance purposes. OUTDOOR FURNITURE We have some fantastic outdoor furniture for use. We ask that you cover all furniture when you have finished use for the day.
