- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space looks exactly as shown in the pictures, and it can create drastically different atmospheres for different types of film shoot. Alex was very responsive and accommodating during the whole process. We would definitely book again!

Alex has such an amazing space! He was a great host who went above an beyond for us. Easy to load in as he has parking blocked off right in front of the ramp up to his space. We were able to drive a motorcycle up the ramp to use as a prop. Also his local catering options worked with our budget and were so good! Will definitely be back!
