The possibilities for this studio space are endless. Whether you are looking for a conference space, workshop, or simply a meeting space, we've got your covered. The studio is broken in to 3 different areas: 1- A large, open area that can be used for larger group meetings or exercise/wellness area 2- A VIP lounge area with large leather couch and vintage leather chairs 3- An upstairs conference area with an 8-10 person table. Our studio space is unlike any other in the Connecticut area. It blends a historic New England rural atmosphere with state of the art capability. The studio will offer a refined rustic and affordable experience that is a stark contrast to the Fairfield County and New York City studios. Our renters will value the low stress experience and capability of gathering a team for any project. The experience for all involved includes simplicity from parking, to unloading gear, to having the spatial capabilities of gathering a large team.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Thorough cleaning & sanitizing of the building to be done by CTPS prior to all rentals including: Entrance, door handles/doorknob, Table surfaces & chairs, Bathroom, Shared equipment (e.g., stereo equipment, rental gear), Windows should remain open and fans on to ensure proper ventilation when possible, CTPS will provide hand sanitizer in multiple locations.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
