The space is huge! Worked out for what we needed The rate is best in the area for this small business entrepreneur just starting out. Definitely will use the space again

Overall this is a cute cozy studio that I would use again as it's set at a comfortable price. Also, if you own a lot of props of your own the big white space is perfect and there is a lot of open space as well. There are a few others spots in the studio that are pictured in the advertisement which also make for some nice rustic photos. Suggestions for the host would be to have a formal introduction with your client right before use so they have an opportunity to ask last minute questions & know where to find things since there were no instructions other than a wifi password. I was not able to take advantage of using a lot of the studio lighting that was indicated as provided & the colored paper backdrops that were pictured on a retractable stand, that station was not found in the studio, just long rolls along the wall. The lights above, we could not get to come on as they appeared to all be unplugged. There are bluetooth speakers in there, but they would not show up when trying to connect to them. The space where the makeup area is provides a nice backdrop area to use your own props and it's spacious enough for group photos/family etc. but you'll need your own lighting likely. I called while there and did not get a response during that 2.5 hr span which was disappointing since I couldn't locate items. If you are booking people back to back the sitting area has a sofa that guests were not comfortable sitting on because it did not appear clean and had holes. However, there is a small conference table with chairs that can be used as a substitute. With COVID rates high, I would also suggest cleaning protocols and cleaning products out. I brought my own with me. There was no cleaning/wipe down in between bookings, as the other party was booked right at my end time and I was the one to let them in. They were in the rain so I felt bad and let them in during my timeframe. The only thing I was uncomfortable with is that there wasn't a walkthrough in between the scheduled sessions because I wouldn't want to be responsible for anything that may happen after I left. The location is next to Salvation Army so there are usually a lot of homeless people walking the street so definitely don't leave your car open with equipment etc. You do have to pay for parking which should be mentioned even if it is very cheap to avoid a ticket because they were checking. Again, overall it's perfect for the budget and even with the downside of all that I mentioned I would come back because the space has a lot of potential, but it helps to bring your own lighting, props, cleaning supplies, music, etc. You could have this one space and have multiple shoots going on at one time without people being on top of each other which is great.

Great space. Very clean and versatile. Allow some time beforehand to learn where everything is such as props, backgrounds, lights and outlets, etc. There was so much available for use, but didn't have time to really get into it.
Juan R. booked a video production for 10 people
It was a great studio, but not to record. The neighbors on the side and above were very noisy and it delayed the recordings. I would book again for a photo shooting, but not a recording.

Great space. We got some awesome shots in this very rustic space. Would recommend to anyone looking to book here!
