This luxurious professional conference room is perfect for any meeting. Comfortably seating for 10, this space and view are sure to impress your clients or employees. Located on the 18th floor of a high rise. This space provides easy access for all your LA meetings. The Space Features: Flat screen TV - plug in and display your presentations WiFi Seating for 10 Inspiring views Glass enclosed wall - makes the space feel open while providing audible privacy The space is pet and smoking free. Alcohol may not be served/consumed in this space at anytime. Space is handicap accessible. Restrooms are located near the space. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

No, I would not book again.

I booked this for my company to use for a conference/business meeting. I personally was not on site, but this is the information that was given to me from those that were actually at the meeting and using the space. I can say myself that the host is very helpful and very quick to communicate and assist when possible. The space itself is beautiful and the view would be hard to beat. However, the space does need some work. The shades didn't work and so the sun was glaring in their eyes the entire time. Would have been nice to be able to close them. The audio and AV system didn't work properly, and unfortunately, the wifi was under maintenance when they used the space, which was a huge problem. The building it is located in is primarily a residential space (which is disclosed by the host), but the on site staff didn't seem willing to help with any of the issues in the room at all. Probably a good space for a gathering, but not so much a business meeting space.

The space was great! Beautiful views! We were able to hook up an Apple TV to the TV in the room and worked great for showing our meeting presentation.

The meeting space is perfect. The views, the table, the A/V system, everything was in perfect conditions. Then you have the amazing views. But I think that the staff is the best. They are profesionals and really try to help us.

Courtney is amazing, and angel in fact. The space will Make you want to move in and stay permanently. It is absolutely luxury, unobstructed 360 views of all Los Angeles county, marble walls, hardwood, ceiling to floor windows, nest air conditioning, built in speakers and music channels........ it’s gorgeous and perfect. My event was top of the line!

The space was amazing, perfect for our podcasting meeting and a truly incredible view. Everything was seamless start to finish, I hope to use the venue again soon!
