About the Space
Ideal for any project, be it an intimate portrait or a full scale fashion shoot, our state of the art blackbox studio offers complete control over lighting, no matter the time of day! Also great for filming interviews because our studio is very quiet. features: - 30' x 40' studio space - 2.5 "J" wall cyc (Wall wraps around 2 corners) - 18ft high ceilings - Grid with outlets - Prelit with RGB LED lights. Choose ANY color - 2 person JLG manlift for the lowest and highest angles - Near silent, even with the AC on - Comfortable, upper level lounge - Full, modern kitchen with top of the line appliances - private changing quarters - Conveniently located off the 405 fwy in Culver City The studio offers a classy, modern design as well as an intimate and private experience to accommodate a range of clients, from medium-sized groups, to a couple of individuals interested in having a successful filming experience at a discrete location. We most recently hosted two different long-term, television film projects (3 and 6 months in length) and welcome other such endeavors as well as single day use. We offer discount/bonus incentives for long term projects. *If your shoot requires fresh paint there is a $200 fee. We can provide pictures of the current condition. Typically photo shoots can work with a dirty floor, Video shoots require clean because of the amount of post production required to fix it. *Please ask about availability to shoot in rooms other than the main studio. Some prep or extra fees might be required for the room with the white shelves. *There is no fee for painting the floor AFTER your shoot unless there is an atypical amount of damage such as marks on the curve or the walls. If there is any damage to the cove such as holes punched into it or cracks, the fee is $500-$1,000

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

We absolutely LOVED this space! I don't believe the photos do it justice. The space is huge with multiple rooms to use and the layout is nice and comfortable. Even the kitchen area is great! Marco was awesome! He was hands on and very helpful.
