The Woodlands House

The Woodlands House sits on five acres of a private forest with trails interwoven throughout the whole property. It's a quick 20 min drive from Mount hood and only 45 min from PDX. The home itself is 3400 sqft, and can sleep 8. It features a large outdoor deck with hot tub, surrounded by towering pine trees. The property is perfect for group retreats, or shoots needing a forest or woodland aesthetic. The home is filled with vaulted ceilings and a wood-burning stove. We have furnished the home to feell like a mix of Scandinavian and Mid-Cenutry design, while at the same time having some fun and rustic cabin vibes. The large deck off the main level that overlooks a trickling stream, is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee and watch deer come to the water for a drink. The deck also features a large 6 person hot tub, that is perfect to soak your bones after a day of skiing or hiking. Main house guests will have access to the outdoor space behind the main house, with trees, small / short trails, and a small trickling stream. There may be others staying on the property as we do rent another tiny cabin separately. Please be sure not to disturb those guests and give them ample space around the cabin. They are asked to do the same for your space.
