Free day-parking on the street. Located on a large street for big trucks. Film crews are frequently found on our street and have ample room. Layout of the space: Beautiful stand alone guest home, fully furnished. Its a square layout. You walk into the sitting room with couch and chairs, with lovely bay windows. Then enter into another living room with a single bed and chair. Then into the bedroom with queen bed. There are french doors in between. An off shoot of the living room is the bathroom with a full sized bathtub. That leads into the full kitchen and a porch door that you can enter the backyard. Nearby (all walking distance less than 0.5 mile): Two parks Trader Joes Mexican Restaurant Metro Line Gold Skate Park The Arroyo Golf Course Baseball fields The Rose Bowl is 2 miles away Centrally Located: Very centrally located in South Pasadena 1 mile off the 110 freeway and 3 miles from the 134 or 210 freeway. Safe neighborhood. Located 8 minute walk or 0.4 mile from the Metro Gold Line South Pasadena stop for easy access into Pasadena (Rose Bowl or Old Town) or into downtown LA (DTLA). 10 miles drive from Dodger's stadium. Trader Joes is 1 block away. How many guests fit?: Seated guests may range between 8-10, and standing most likely 16-20 for the indoors. For the outdoors easily 40-50 persons standing.
