About the Space
This is a wonderful, modern, conference room perfect for meetings, depositions, interviews, brainstorming sessions or just space to have a quiet conference room with seating up to 12. Tons of natural light fill the space! Kitchen access included with all the essentials (water, coffee, tea, utensils, plates, etc). Bookings are 1hr min Mon-Fri 8:30-5 and 4hr minimum weekends & evenings There is approximately 280 sq ft of workable space. The whole office is equipped with fast Wi-Fi and the conference room has a beautiful glass whiteboard! A projector is available upon request, we also have a flat screen with the appropriate connections to display your laptop and there is also a nice courtyard with lots of greenery in the center of the building! There are currently 10 chairs in the conference room but an additional 2 can be added upon request.

This conference room is one of the best you can rent in Las Vegas because of its natural light and all glass architecture on two sides of the conference table. The team at this location is also terrific to work with. They arranged for us to come by and see the space in advance. The vibe here is modern and contemporary, super clean and with lots of natural light. Very happy with the facility, the boardroom and the client service. Will book again!
