All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. No, I would not book again.
I hate to give bad reviews but this one was pretty disappointing. I am not sure where to begin, their sink had their morning dirty dishes. The house pictures put up on the website are long shots so it's not as big as it looks. I was told no shoes in the house when I was there the morning of the event. This is very cultural, so many folks in my team were not comfortable walking in someone's house bare foot. I wish I had known, so either I would have given a heads up to the team or not reserved this place. The bathroom did not have a fresh hand towel, there were wet towels which were hanging, I had to text the host for an extra toilet roll, which he responded, I almost walked his entire house and got it in the master bathroom. Did I need to go there? No. The garbage bin in the restroom was not emptied for us. I was told to trash all our garbage in his the backyard bins. While the last host told us that we pay for the cleaners so not to worry about it:), I can only compare with the last week's event where she was outstanding! And we saw a camera in the living room on the piano, which made us nervous. I am sure it must be for his kids but these are the things the guests should be informed. Over all the house is gorgeous, Srini put an extra table for us to sit down together.
