Rules
Smoking/Incense/Flames: No smoking anywhere inside the building. No incense, candles or open flames of any sort. Pets: Only service animals are allowed in the building unless you receive prior approval. Housekeeping: Each renter assumes responsibility for returning the space to a good state before they leave. All lights, air conditioner, heater, fans and electrical equipment must be turned off. Please, no glitter. Security: Each renter assumes responsibility for the security of the space during each rental period. Renters are required to return the space to a secure state upon leaving by locking all exterior doors. Be respectful of our neighbors.
