Our home is extremely film friendly, and has been used as the backdrop to several projects before our recent renovation where we added 1000sqft, a pool, and an outdoor entertainment area. Our space has lots of unique and interesting fixtures that you are bound to fall in love with, it’s truly a great location for commercial and photoshoots! Our home has a Living Room, Family Room, Chefs Kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and 4 bedrooms in the main house. The back house has an additional bathroom and can be doubled to look like a studio, pool house, or additional bathroom. Walking distance to everything in Echo Park like Mohawk Bend, Taix, Chipotle, Bar Bandini, Tuff Contender, The Habit, Cosmic Vinyl and more. Plenty of street parking and quick access off the 101 Freeway at Alvarado. We suggest that you source a parking lot, there are several in the area and most people will use The Dream Center or Angelus Temple. We have another listing, an office two blocks away, that can be rented in conjunction with the house.
