About the Space

**Please keep in mind that messages and requests are only answered during business hours (8:30 am to 5:00 pm PST)** Located on Embarcadero Center, the Golden Gate Room sits up to 12 people. On the street level of the building or nearby within walking distance you'll find a wide variety of cuisine, featuring: Rubio's The Organic Coup Philz Coffee Boudin Bakery Cafe Oasis Grill Each of our conference rooms are equipped with dependable, high-speed Wi-Fi so that you can stay connected. Also included are built in televisions, projectors (with adapters provided for any laptop), and conference phones to reach or dial in any outside guests. For enhanced collaboration, utilize our whiteboards and flip charts which are included free of charge. To create a seamless meeting experience, unlimited beverage service can be set up directly in the conference room for $9/person. This includes gourmet coffee, tea, soda, and bottled water that is refreshed throughout the day. Please note that beverage service is required for groups of 10 or more. Catering can also be ordered for an additional fee. Catering orders must be placed 2 business days prior to meeting. We pride ourselves on our industry-best hospitality so allow us to provide you with the perfect space to meet – for any occasion. Our professional staff is ready to help with any preparations for your event and will be on-site in case of any last-minute requests or needed assistance during your booking. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
