Each of our conference rooms are equipped with dependable, high-speed Wi-Fi so that you can stay connected. Also included are built in televisions, projectors (with adapters provided for any laptop), and conference phones to reach or dial in any outside guests. For enhanced collaboration, utilize our whiteboards and flip charts which are included free of charge. To create a seamless meeting experience, beverage service can be set up directly in the conference room for $6/person. This includes gourmet coffee, tea, soda, and bottled water that is refreshed throughout the day. Please note that beverage service is required for groups of 10 or more. They were unable to quickly acomodate s when there was an error in our booking and we had a very mportat meeting scheduled. It took 30 minutes for them to put us in a new room and we had to pay for the other room on the spot and get refunded after.
