About the Space
This grand house sits on the beach. Its 16 rooms are decorated colorfully in a sort of Moroccan style. Each is unique and luxurious. The beach colors play in and the sense of space feels endless. Enjoy production in some or all and use of the beach for shoots also. Finished basement/apartment. Outdoor patios. Parking for many cars in driveway. (In addition, a separate 2 bedroom, private entrance apartment on the finished basement floor, great for holding too!) Let us know if you'd like to scout. $1000/day sec dep

The location is clean on arrival. List of health and safety terms are provided to owners and crew to follow. Crew supplies masks, cleaning supplies, comes tested, temperatures on location. Crew keeps distancing.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
