Sylmar (Los Angeles) PRICE FOR LARGE PARTIES BELOW. Close to town- large ranch, great for parties, large outdoor events and ranch-style weddings. Stream, ceremony sites, wilderness, and party patios for outdoor dining and dancing under the stars. Loud noise, late night not a problem. We provide the ranch, you are free to do your own catering, drinks, music and decorations, we have no restrictions. We include a 2 bedroom house organizers can use and can even sleep overnight. Parking for about 200 cars, above that parking available close by. Area for dining/dancing/party separate areas for wedding ceremony; waterfall or mountain backdrop. All for one price, we rent the entire ranch. INCLUDES 2 BED HOUSE FOR YOUR USE OR OVERNIGHT STAY. SMALLER EVENTS up to 50 people $150/hr hourly rate is for small events up to 50 people LARGE PARTIES, WEDDINGS, EVENTS Up to 300 people. Flat rate includes day set up and overnight/late stay. You can start setting up at noon on the day. You can have both a day ceremony and a night party. You have the 2 bed house for organizers to get ready and you can even stay overnight. Party can go as late as you like, you have until 9am the next day. Saturday and holidays flat rate $5000 Other days/off season flat rate $3500 above 300 people, please inquire We have enough tables chairs and ez ups for small parties and standing parties and events. For a sit down wedding you will want to rent tables and chairs we have suppliers if you need. It is a private ranch surrounded by National Forest 6 minutes to freeways 210/5. For large parties, you will need to dedicate people for parking cars and clean up or we have staff you can hire. You are expected to leave the ranch "broom swept" clean and put trash in our dumpster. We charge for additional cleaning, a fee of $300 after each party. You will be responsible for porta potties or we can arrange for you at $125 ea. COVID - We are open. On June 16 2020, California opened up events to "no restrictions on size as long as they can maintain social distancing" Since we are a huge ranch there is no restriction on size. We rent the ranch only, it is up to you on how you set up your event as we don't enforce any distancing rules. The ranch is all outside which makes it much safer and the house which you are welcome to use, will be cleaned before and after each event. TAX WRITE OFF - We are a registered 501c3 church. We are happy to give you a taxable donation receipt for any rental. Most people recommend that you can apply 75% of your event rental. Please consult with your tax professional. CANCELATION - We have a flexible cancelation policy and will change your date and apply your full deposit to a new date if you need to change.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
