About the Space
This old colonial home has a ton of unique backdrops and opportunities for creating content. There is a variety of original character inside and outside, with some new touches that make the space really beautiful. Each room is filled with floor to ceiling windows that let in the best light during the day. Space can be used for engagement, wedding, infant, product photoshoots/commercials, maternity, music videos, etc. Plenty of parking, cleared yard space, surrounded mostly by woods. Easy to access the house from all major surrounding cities. There is electricity and air conditioning, and bathrooms. The space is currently undergoing renovations, scheduled to be done in mid 2021. We are renting it out during and after renovations. Be sure to check in to see what stage of renovation we are in when you book. We update the listing as much as possible to reflect the current state of the house. KITCHEN IS OFF-LIMITS TO GUESTS, UNLESS RENTED FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Julia was the most gracious host, and her space is truly magical. This was our second photoshoot in her home. When it came time to book this one, there was no other place I would have considered. The effortless elegance of the rooms and light-filled spaces helped set the scene for images that far surpassed my expectations. There were more than enough spaces for us to use throughout our shoot, and Julia was extremely attentive, flexible, and responsive from the time of booking. Julia exudes warmth and such a beautiful light - and that is truly reflected in how she has designed and styled her home. The whole experience was wonderful.

The space was great! So many places to shoot in and a cool bathtub which we got some excellent shots. And it was inexpensive as compared with other houses for rent! I’m going to use the space for shoots again.
