Also included are built in televisions, projectors (with adapters provided for any laptop), and conference phones to reach or dial in any outside guests. For enhanced collaboration, utilize our whiteboards and flip charts which are included free of charge. To create a seamless meeting experience, beverage service can be set up directly in the conference room for $6/person. This includes gourmet coffee, tea, soda, and bottled water that is refreshed throughout the day. Please note that beverage service is required for groups of 10 or more. The space was nice. I would use it again. My only concern and this is only for first-time users, is that it takes time to how to handle everything: downloading the app to park in the back parking lot take several minutes; I booked the room on the weekend but did not get the address until the morning - I am 40 mins away from the location so that was pushing time....and then they are working on Route 66 - in the end I was late; I think there should be some paper available for people to write on. All told that makes the experience a 4 vs a 5 star. Nice location. Easy parking. Great food location downstairs. I would rent it again/recommend it for others to ent!
