Our Bohemian/Mid-century Modern furnished apartment has an open floor plan that gives lots of flexibility for use. All the furnishings are thoughtfully curated from sleek vintage furnishings paired with well built vintage inspired pieces. The apartment opens on to the lush yard that can also be used. The yard is filled with plants, vines, bamboo and plenty of seating options. Perfect location for film shoots, photo shoots, lifestyle shoots, magazine shoots, filmed interviews, model shoots, interior shoots and more! It is located directly in the heart of North Park and easy to get to by public transportation as well as close to the 805 and 5 freeways. Includes one private parking spot, in addition to available street parking. No permit required. 1100 square feet inside plus use of yard.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Erin and David's space was amazing. They were kind enough to have made cold brew coffee as well. I would highly recommend this place and I am looking forward to using the space again in the future.
