All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Intro: The cell dressed with aged doors, gray concrete wall and floor, 3 single beds and 1 double bed, stainless steel sinks and toilets from real prison in Tennessee, and some practical lights. It has three functional accesses on one side of the hallway. All bars and pipes are REAL metal; they are not made by wood sticks or cheap PVE pipes. We have 4 cells total. Our standing sets are built in June 2018. We have 20+ different sets: courtroom, police station, jails, hospital, vault, classroom, living room, bedroom, casino poker room, kitchen, office and lots more. Most of our sets are pre-set dressed already. We want to save your time and art budget for your project. There is no hiding fees, what you see on the website is what you are going to pay. We are located in the city of Maywood, 8 miles from downtown LA. This list is for the jail set only. Every single set got a different price, please message for more details or combined price.

Parking description
We have a private gated parking lot at the back of the building with ground level loading dock. If you stack parking, it can fit like 40 to 50 standard vehicles.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
