The experience in planning was good. Amy who helped coordinate our mtg communicated quickly and addressed all our questions. She showed us the room at a previous visit. The rooms are a good size and had large windows which created a good atmosphere for the half day training. The museum and installations being available prior to our mtg and as my team arrived was a good perk. It’s a great hidden gem of a museum in the Bay Area. Unfortunately my disappointment was when we arrived and went to the room, it was obviously not cleaned not prepared since it was pretty dirty from the last use. There were napkins and lots of crumbs and paper in the floor. I had to ask Matthew, who showed us the room to help us vacuum the room. He seemed hesitant but helped us which we were grateful. The tables were all sticky and dirty and we had to get wet paper towels to clean the tables as well. Also the chairs were older worn and stained and when we arrived it was not full set up. Although Matthew helped in vacuuming there was no one showed us where the A/V equipment was and how to use it. We definitely left the room cleaner than we received it with the exception of a full garbage. Overall we had a good mtg and the facilities were inspiring for our group.
