Your team is tasked to design more efficient wind turbines to support the global demand for renewable energy. GUEST EXPECTATIONS *Arrival: Host will be available to greet you and show you to the room. *AV Setup: Basic A/V connection or other questions during your visit. *Restrooms: Available immediately outside of the room. CONVENIENCE Hiking trails are easily accessible for mid-day breaks yet we are only 10 minutes away from downtown Oakland. Plus, the cost of your rental supports our education programs for the Oakland community! CATERING Guests may bring their own refreshments or meals may be pre-ordered from our list of experienced preferred caterers. You are also welcome to schedule food drop-offs, but no heating or cooking equipment is permitted in the room unless supervised by a licensed caterer. For guest counts over 45, a trash removal fee is added if using an outside caterer. The host may accept the order on your behalf and bring back to the room if desired, but does not check the order and cannot take responsibility for any discrepancies. Coffee & tea service can be provided for $7/person. Add snacks for $2.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
