We will add an additional $40 per hour security fee to all gatherings with a guest count of 40 people or more. This ensures the safety and well-being of your guests and our residents.
An additional cleaning fee will be assessed for events using confetti or excessive glitter as decor.
Depending on your event we may require a Certificate of Insurance prior to a booking. Event Insurance can be purchased by visiting www.theventhelper.com
Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free.
Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building as they will be entering a formal lobby on the first floor.
Please be respectful of the space and return it in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends.
We are located inside a residential apartment home community, so please do know that you may see our wonderful residents and their pets as you enter and exit the building. Please be mindful of that when booking your event.
Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time.
For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met.
All guest hosts are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event.
