About the Space
Our 217 acre farm is breathtaking and has rolling pastures & orchards for use in outdoor events. The c1810 brick main residence was once the home of former Massachusetts Governor and U. S. Secretary of State Christian Herter. This gorgeous property offers sweeping views of rolling meadows everywhere you look only 40 minutes from Boston! This site is ideal for small farm-themed events (tent or in our studio) , photo shoots, filming purposes and more; anything outdoor. Portable toilets available. We are open to flat fee bookings; the hourly is listed as a starting point. We also have cottages and an RV listed on AirBnB, where all residential bookings are handled. No large promoted events or concerts possible per town rules.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Our family had a wonderful experience visiting the historic farm in Millis. Jen was a delight to work with and the property was beautiful. There was so much to explore, and lots of animals, which were a hit for both kids and adults. The property was a lovely environment for a family reunion.

Jen has been more than accommodating with us during our stay. We wanted to tie the knot and celebrate at her property and she welcomed the idea with open arms. She let us view the property multiple times as we were brainstorming where we wanted certain things to happen, she was super helpful and responsive and was super kind. I will definitely book again in the future if I were to do another event!

We celebrated our daughter’s birthday here along with about 50 guests and rented the small barn/studio. The place was amazing - great views, private, quiet and had all provisions. Our guests were so impressed with this hidden gem and was the highlight of the party. Jen is an amazing host - very quick to respond and very accommodating. She even allowed the kids to get close to her animals on the farm (chickens, goat, sheep, pig , etc). It looks like she is constantly looking to make improvements and add more to make folks comfortable. We will definitely plan to come back here again for other events if available !
