Our approximately 100 acre farm is breathtaking and has rolling pastures & orchards for use in outdoor events. The c1810 brick main residence was once the home of former Massachusetts Governor and U. S. Secretary of State Christian Herter. This gorgeous property offers sweeping views of rolling meadows everywhere you look only 40 minutes from Boston! This site is ideal for small farm-themed events in our barn, photo shoots, filming purposes and more; anything outdoor. Portable toilets available. Will consider events with tents on a case-by-case basis. We are open to flat fee bookings; the hourly is listed as a starting point. We also have a cottage onsite. No large promoted events or concerts possible per town rules. Note: we are a seasonal venue and only open for events late April until late October. Film shoots and photography as well as our cottage are bookable year-round.
