This sweet office space sits on the bay, on the 2nd floor of a small professional building. Parking available for 1-2 cars (if available), and full use of the desks, chairs, computers, filing cabinets, and with a small kitchen area as well. Perfect setting for a smaller business photoshoot or short film or music video. A larger office is next door that can be booked for holding or storing EQ, for a fee, TBD. No storage in the hallway. The location is clean on arrival. List of health and safety terms are provided to owners and crew to follow. Crew supplies masks, cleaning supplies, comes tested, temperatures on location. Crew keeps distancing.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
