About the Space

This sweet office space sits on the bay, on the 2nd floor of a small professional building. Parking available for 1-2 cars (if available), and full use of the desks, chairs, computers, filing cabinets, and with a small kitchen area as well. Perfect setting for a smaller business photoshoot or short film or music video. Let us know if you'd like to scout. Security deposit: $2000/day

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Claudia was awesome to work with. Quick to respond, made the booking process easy, and very accommodating. The location was exactly as described and perfect for our shoot. Would recommend!

Yes, I would book again.

Claudia was very responsive and is a location manager so she really understands the needs of a film crew. The space looked very similar to the photos, and the owner and Claudia accommodated us for a walkthrough ahead of time. Only drawback to this space is that the owners still do come in to work in the space while we had it rented. Thankfully our shoot didn't run audio, so it wasn't a major issue, but something to be aware of as it's a small space and you may need to juggle logistics of having 1-2 people in there outside of cast/crew to work around.

Yes, I would book again.

Claudia was very responsive and is a location manager so she really understands the needs of a film crew.
