About the Space
This is a great space for photographers who need to host their photo shoots. Great rehearsal space for dancers, singers, actors, and even for directors who are looking to audition talent. Ceiling has 3 extra spot lights for photographers. The space is 410 sq and can fit approximately 35 people comfortably. Available street parking.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Great location and plenty of space to work with. Very clean and the host made sure all my needs were met with booking request. Would highly recommend and will be looking forward to use this space very soon.

I want to write a better review but I want to convey my experience honestly. It was a truly unfortunate kismet of calamity the day of my booking and for the studio owner/manager as she was sick. I had paid additional for softbox studio lighting with a wireless trigger and the black backdrop. After inspecting the space hoping to setup the lighting I realized there was no wireless trigger. I had called the owner to learn the wireless trigger had been "misplaced" by a previous client and due to her being ill she wasn't readily available to provide a solution for what I was trying to accomplish in the blocked time of my booking. It felt more like I had to accommodate the owner's schedule since my booking was two days from the day I originally requested which would've worked better for both myself and my co-collaborator. Also, in the space aside from a coffee table there was only chairs, a couch and ottomans in the studio. I would've greatly appreciated a fold up table or two for mine and my collaborator's things to be put on. Finally, since I was going to be using fake blood it would've been beneficial to have paper towels however there were none on the premises. Also, the ceiling is high enough to offer a ladder for photographers to use to get more angles. All of these details (tables, paper towels, a ladder and clean up) can be offered rentals/services to clients of the studio. I won't be booking again but any future client should ask if these things are available and if they are available then book the studio.
