We have 2 acres of rolling hills, river and mountain views from nearly every window and is made private by the surrounding, lush forrest and beautiful flowering hedges. Built in the 1850s, this 6 bedroom house has many timeless features including original hardwood floors, transom windows, a stone fire pit, clawfoot tub and much more. We are located only 80 minutes from NYC, 19 minutes away from the Beacon stop on the Hudson line/Metro-North, and 13 minutes from the Salisbury Mills/Cornwall Stop on the Port Jervis line/NJ Transit. For indoor events 12-20 is comfortable. For outdoor events, the huge yard can accommodate 100 people. 6 vehicle maximum in driveway. Shuttle services are available in the area and there is a marina down the street if a boat trip is in store for your event! Keep in mind that the house has 1 bathroom, but there is plenty of space for temporary restrooms to be rented locally and discretely placed in the yard. All lawn furniture and wood stacks can be relocated if desired.
