Studio LIC 1 is an impressive photo studio that exudes a chic and lofty NY vibe, characterized by its grand northwest-facing windows and a gorgeous set of white stairs leading up to a framed window. The studio's ample natural light is perfect for capturing warm and vibrant afternoon shots or soft and diffused morning ones. Inside, you'll find a spacious 15 x 16 feet L-shaped white cyc wall, a pristine white baby grand piano, and a queen-size bed. The studio boasts an open floor plan with columns that lend a modern and sophisticated feel. It also features a make-up area with vanity lights, speakers, and Wi-Fi, making it ideal for professional shoots. You can choose to bring your own bed sheets, or fresh ones are available for an additional fee. The studio's high ceiling, standing at 13 feet, adds to the overall grandeur of the space. It's suitable for still and motion photography, making it the perfect space for your creative projects. It cost more to have it freshly painted and cleaned before your shoot - we will have to block an extra hour to repaint it and let it dry. The $75 charge includes the paint, time and labor. If you are ok with it 'as is' (mild footprints, marks, etc) - it's free of charge, however, you will need to leave it at the same condition as you found it or we will have to charge the repaint fee.
