About the Space
33'x 40' (1320 sq. ft) Small ballroom space is currently available for selected workshops, corporate meetings, hackathons, meetups, art exhibits, and group activities that complement its vision of a co-working / co-flourishing space. This price includes 30 chairs and 2 tables, additional chairs are $2 each, tables are $10 each. Bookings are a minimum of 2 hours Mon-Fri. 4 hours Sat and Sun.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Space was even better than advertised! Host responded quickly, especially since this was an emergency request, and referred me to the more appropriate space when my first request wasn't suitable to the task I needed it for. Would absolutely book again and can't recommend them enough!
